How To Use

Making soft, fluffy, and perfectly steamed idlis is simple. Follow these easy steps for the best results.

Step 1: Prepare

Open the pack and stir the batter gently. Pour into greased idli molds, filling each mold about 3/4 full.

Step 2: Steam

Steam the idlis in a steamer or pressure cooker for 10–12 minutes until fluffy and cooked through. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
